Blur plates, faces, and private details before you share

Hide the stuff in a photo that does not need to be public before you post it.

Photos leak more than we mean them to. Selling a car? The plate does not need to stay readable. Posting a party shot? There might be people in the background who never agreed to be on the internet. Same with open laptop screens, badges, address labels, kids in school uniforms.

Covering those details is normal. It is not paranoid.

Under a minute

  • Open Censor and upload the photo.
  • Pick blur, black bar, or mosaic, then brush over the private bits. The preview updates as you go.
  • For plates and numbers, black bar is safer. Sharpening tricks cannot undo a solid bar.
  • Zoom to 100%, check the corners, download.

Easy things people forget

Faces and plates are obvious. The sneaky stuff is a street sign in a window reflection, a name on a package, a browser tab in a screenshot, a school logo on a hoodie. Scan the whole frame once before you post.

This comes up for marketplace listings, family photos, travel posts, and screenshots you send to a big group chat. Mark the areas, preview, download, then share the cleaned version.
